Hippy Gourmet makes Vegan Stuffed Mushrooms!

I discovered the Hippy Gourmet on YouTube. He makes healthy dishes that I would actually eat & attempt to make.

I haven't tried this mushroom recipe yet, but it looks very easy to make and yummy.

    Thanks for letting me know that the owner doesn't allow embedding any longer. I posted a link.

    You need to enable access to your profile. Otherwise when ppl click on your link- you get an error msg saying "profile not available" and they can't link directly to your blog.
